Summary
This project provides a case study to guide the establishment of a shared acoustic telemetry network. The array will be range-tested, installed and used to demonstrate foundational insights on the movement of key marine species, informing further work. Stakeholders will be organised and trained to tag animals, install, maintain, and manage all equipment and data. Outcomes will inform MPA & threatened species policy and management, advise & promote effective use of the network and guarantee long-term open access.
